On December 12th and 13th, our colleagues learned about the Kanban Maturity Model under the guidance of experienced AgileLab trainer Dmitry Orlov.

The training was productive: participants immersed themselves in theory, explored key questions, and received expert answers and feedback. They then immediately applied their knowledge in practice, building a step-by-step change implementation roadmap using Kanban practices to improve work processes.

We are confident that this new knowledge will help our experts solve work problems even more effectively, expand their professional competencies, and move forward.
