The story began in the early 2000s – a time when banking technologies were only beginning to shape modern standards of speed and convenience. Back then, obtaining information about account transactions after making a request could sometimes take a day or more. At that time, Andrey Nikolaevich headed the IT division on the client side of SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES. However, his involvement went far beyond the role of a customer. He acted as a full-fledged project partner, deeply engaged in the development of both the product and the user experience. The company highly appreciated this approach, and after the project was completed, Andrey Nikolaevich was invited to join the SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES team. His first position was Lead Developer.
Andrey Nikolaevich participated in designing architectural solutions and developing modules, many of which are still in use today. One of the most significant milestones was the migration project from Sybase to Oracle in 2012. He joined the project as a team member and later led it after being appointed Deputy Director for Banking Systems Development. The project was at the center of industry attention and required a high degree of precision, solution stability, and full team concentration. Any mistake could have affected the operation of the entire banking system. The successful launch became an important achievement both for the project and for the entire team involved in its implementation.
Since 2014, Andrey Nikolaevich has played an active role in scaling the company: building new teams, implementing modern technological approaches, and developing production processes. This enabled SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES to reach a level where it could compete with European software developers. At the same time, the foundation of this approach has always remained the same: engineering culture, attention to solution quality, and a focus on technological development. Today, the company is actively advancing the field of artificial intelligence and implementing modern approaches to software product development.
When speaking about his experience and professional path, Andrey Nikolaevich repeatedly emphasized that the key factor in his work is not overcoming difficulties as such, but the constant drive to create effective and in-demand solutions.
