In mid-February, new training stream of the ST-HIPO program began, aimed at developing significant skills and realizing the professional potential of SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES’s key employees.

As part of the first stage of ST-HIPO 2024, a facilitation session “Effective Leader is…” was held, conducted by Yulia Sapozhnikova, professional facilitator, business coach, member of the IAF International Association of Facilitators. The meeting helped to learn how to solve a common problem as a single group, involve each individual employee in the process of jointly solving the problem and sharing responsibility for implementing the decision.
