Last Thursday, SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES hosted a meetup on the topic “Specification 360°: optimal approaches and secrets of multi-project productivity”. The meetup was held by Natalia Tarasiuk, business analyst of the Innovative Development Department, as part of the internal educational program “STLab”*.

At the event, colleagues discussed the different ways to create a specification, best practices for documenting requirements and principles of multi-project management. The speaker shared experience and ideas on how to effectively create specifications for projects of different focus areas.

Mitap was a great opportunity to improve key competencies, as well as to learn new tools and approaches.
