Next week, on June 11-12, a seminar on “Prospects and Directions for the Development of Banking Information Technologies” (BANKIT Education – 2025) will be held at “Forum”, educational and health complex.

BANKIT Education is an annual joint event of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and the Infopark Association, aimed at supporting and stimulating the processes of digital transformation of the financial sector.

This year, the seminar will feature a separate HR Education stream, where colleagues will be able to discuss ways to optimize and transform HR processes, about the problem of specialist burnout, and providing the IT sector with personnel.

Representatives of the SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES company will participate in BANKIT Education as a Business Partner.

On the first day of the seminar Chief Commercial Officer Julia Shigaeva will give a speech on the topic: “Digital Transformation: what’s “under the hood”.

On the second day of the event, our colleagues will continue to share the company’s expertise. In addition to the main sessions, the company’s experts Ludmila Kononchuk and Stefania Buhai will take an active part as invited experts in the discussions within the framework of BANKIT Education and the HR Education stream.
