On November 1, the 19th International Forum on Banking Information Technologies “BANKIT-2023” will open its doors. The two-day event is a platform for constructive dialogue between the regulator and banks and other key players in the financial, credit and related sectors. The focus of the forum is the development of the banking sector digital transformation, the search for new business models, increasing the banks’ efficiency and their competitiveness using information, communication and digital technologies.

The BANKIT-2023 business program includes a plenary part and thematic sections. In the section “Digital Services and Customer Experience”, Anna Kondratieva, Head of Financial Systems Development at SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES, will talk about a new generation CBS system – open, scalable and fast, providing the necessary flexibility and the ability to adapt to regulatory changes and customer needs.
