One of the priority areas of strategic personnel development in the SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES company is the creation of a management personnel reserve.

In accordance with the internal human resources development program “ST-HIPO”, trainings and educational events are regularly held for key employees of SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES.

As part of this program, on April 13, the training “Authority of a Leader in business” was held. It consisted of several blocks: leadership and management, professional and leadership components of authority. The meeting was conducted by Alexander Samoilov, a certified business trainer, coach and entrepreneur who has many years of experience in the field of management psychology and the development of leadership competencies.

The skills and knowledge that colleagues received during the training will allow them to unite the efforts of all team members and inspire them to achieve the common goals of the company.
